Air Canada Discount

 

As the official airline for the CAR 2019 ASM, Air Canada is offering discounted rates for our attendees.

To book a flight with your discount, go to aircanada.com and enter the following promotional code “7NNHDE81” in the search panel.

• The booking is to be made to: Montreal, YUL (QC)
• The travel period begins Thursday, April 4^th, 2019 and ends Sunday, April 21^st, 2019.
• Travel is valid each day of the week
• The 10% discount applies to Flex, Comfort, Latitude and Premium economy fares
• 5% discount applies to restrictive business class (Signature) for travel within Canada
• 10% discount applies to flexible business class (Signature) for travel within Canada
• 12% discount applies to both restrictive & flexible (Signature) for travel between Canada & USA
• 12% discount applies to both restrictive & flexible (Signature) for travel between Canada and an international destination

 

Restrictions: No discount will apply to Standard (formerly called Tango) bookings for travel within Canada or between Canada and the U.S.A. For travel outside North America, discounts apply to all fares, including Standard.

VIA Rail Discount

VIA Rail is offering discounted rates for our attendees. You’ll receive 10% off the best available fare in Economy, Economy Plus, Business, Business Plus, Sleeper class. Participants must reference the discount code: 13823.

• Valid from April 9th 2019 to April 16th 2019
• Available from all stations throughtout the VIA system to Montreal, QC, and return
• Exception: discount does not apply in any Escape fares and Prestige Class

Restrictions: Fare applies to a maximum of two passengers per booking. One complimentary stopover is allowed at no additional charge. For travel on all fare plans in Business class, the first stopover is allowed at no additional charge, provided that this stopover takes place in Toronto, Montréal or Ottawa only.
