ROOM CANCELLATION POLICY
Guests may cancel their reservation without penalty until 4:00 PM, hotel local time, three (3) days prior to their scheduled arrival. Cancellations made after this deadline will be charged a one (1) night penalty, plus applicable taxes. The Hotel will deduct any such fees that are collected from any amount Group may owe as sleeping room attrition.
GUEST DEPOSITS
A credit card deposit equal to the first night stay (plus applicable taxes) will be charged at the time a guest makes a room reservation, and upon check in, will be applied towards the guest’s bill. Deposits paid by guest are non-refundable.
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
If a guest who has reserved a room within your block checks out prior to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee equal to 50% of the daily guestroom rate will be charged to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the hotel of any change in the scheduled length of stay at, or before check-in. The Hotel will inform members of your Group of this fee upon check-in.
