CAR 2023 – Pre-conference Workshop Registration
CAR 2023 will feature two hands-on interactive pre-conference workshops. Both workshops have been designed and are intended for practicing radiologists. Participants are not required to attend the ASM to register and participate.

CAR 2023 Registration Cancellation Policy
In-Person Cancellation Policy
As we return to in-person events, we want you to know your safety is our priority. We are proceeding with in-person gatherings in accordance with all health and safety guidelines for large gatherings.
If, at any time, it is determined that the event will not take place in-person in April 2023 due to government-implemented health guidelines, the in-person participants will have the option to receive a full refund. No liability is assumed by the CAR for changes in program date, content, speakers or venue. The CAR reserves the right to cancel this event, if deemed necessary, and will not be responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
Up until March 20, 2023, you may cancel and receive a full refund (less a $25 cancellation fee) on your in-person registration to the original form of payment. If you decide to cancel after March 20, 2023, you will receive a 50% refund (less a $25 cancellation fee) on your registration to the original form of payment. Notice of cancellation must be made in writing to the conference secretariat at vicki@f2fe.com.
Virtual Cancellation Policy
Due to the online nature of this event, refunds will not be provided, but you may pass your ticket on to someone else free of charge by contacting us at vicki@f2fe.com.
