Two teams of radiologists will compete to read and interpret unknown cases across a variety of body systems. The panel will be an opportunity to observe colleagues and peers as they analyze images and develop diagnoses, then use those diagnoses to guide patient care.
At the end of this session, participants should be able to:
- Identify imaging findings of unusual but not rare diseases in Neuro, MSK, Chest and Abdominopelvic body systems
- Establish the advantages of the common modalities in demonstrating such findings
- Select the optimum approach to unknown case review
- Consider the role of humour in a late afternoon imaging review session
